Ray Charmak FCCA, founder of River Oaks Homes, built his career as Senior Partner at UHY Hacker Young before establishing the company in 1995 to create high-quality, characterful developments across the South East. A passionate sailor and philanthropist, he has supported international charities and co-founded Equal Footings in Brighton to help young homeless people through housing and employment opportunities.
