About the project
In 1999 the company acquired a large site on the Ridge at the entrance to Hastings, close to Battle, to deliver Beauport Cove as a significant residential scheme. The development was planned to create a well-balanced mix of family houses and apartments, responding to local demand while maintaining a clear emphasis on quality and residential appeal.
Its scale and layout make Beauport Cove an important example of River Oaks Homes’ ability to deliver larger developments that remain attractive, practical and commercially strong within their local context.
