AVON & LEWES TYPE HOMES
We are now offering a choice of layout for the Avon and Lewes type homes and have created the Avis-ga and the Avis-gr.

On the first floor of both the Avis-ga and the Avis-gr we have made bedrooms 2 and 5 into one large master suite with dressing area and ensuite bathroom.

In the Avis-ga the kitchen and dining room are on the garden floor and in the Avis-gr they are on the ground floor.

AVIS TYPE HOMES
Tudor rendering is available for both the Avis GA and Avis GR house type if a decision is made early enough. We can also offer an open plan layout on the Avis GA between the kitchen and dining room.
