Take the worry out of selling your home with our easy part exchange
scheme.
There
should be at least a 30% differential where your new home is 30%
higher in value to that of your present property.
When you have chosen your new home, simply speak to our Sales Consultant,
who will happily explain the easy stages involved.
No reservation will be made at this point, as the River Oaks Homes
property will not be withdrawn from sale until a part exchange offer
has been accepted by you.
Arrangements will be made for 2 or 3 local Estate Agents to conduct
a market valuation on your property. Following advice from our Agents,
we will contact you to make an offer.
If you subsequently accept our offer, we will ask you to visit
our Sales Office to complete our Reservation Form. We would then
need your consent to allow us to re-market your property.
An independent survey will be carried out on your property, at our
expense. We will advise you of the outcome of the survey once this
is received by us.
So as not to incur any delays, your Solicitor should extract the
Deeds for your property from the Building Society at the earliest
opportunity, in order for him/her to draw up a contract.
